The festival runs from August 28 (Thu) to 30 (Sat) across three lively venues in Takeshiba. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please let us know by replying to the confirmation email you receive after making your booking.

Cancellation fee:
  • Cancellation up to 11 days in advance: 0% (full refund)
  • Cancellation up to 8 days in advance: 20%
  • Cancellation up to 2 days in advance: 30%
  • Cancellation the day before: 40%
  • Cancellation up to the reservation time on the day: 50%
  • Cancellation after the reservation time on the day: 100% (no refund)

Notes

  • Minors (ages 3 and over) can also participate. Please apply for the number of people.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Reception starts 15 minutes to 5 minutes before the departure time. (If reception is not completed 5 minutes before the departure time, your reservation will be canceled.)
  • Operation may be suspended due to weather and route conditions.
  • Please wear a life jacket on the pier and while on board.
  • Seatings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • For your safety, after boarding, please follow the captain's instructions.
  • If you appear to be intoxicated or obviously unwell at the time of boarding, you may be refused to board.
  • Due to the ship's facilities, we cannot allow strollers or wheelchair users to board.
  • People with a body temperature of 37 degrees or higher at the time of boarding will not be allowed to board.
  • Those who bring food and drink, please make sure to take your own trash with you. (Please refrain from bringing alcohol.)
  • Please watch out not to drop your hat or luggage.

Prohibited Matters

  • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes).
  • Scattering bait or throwing trash from our ferry.
  • Fishing.
  • Using umbrellas (including parasols) on board.
  • Bringing pets on board.
  • Any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other guests.

General Information for all Waters Takeshiba Events

  • Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply as soon as possible.
  • As this is an outdoor event, the event may be canceled or the content may be changed due to sudden rainfall and so on.
  • Photographs and videos of the event may be taken and used for public relations purposes, etc.
  • As this is a limited-capacity event, please be sure to contact us if you cancel or will be unable to attend.
