This elegant cruise operates three times daily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee is 100% if canceled after 12:00 noon on the day before the cruise.
For cancellations, please contact us at info@tokyo-canal.com.
In the event of cancellation due to weather, we will notify the representative guest by email by 2:00 PM on the day before the cruise.

  • Please note that we do not accommodate food allergies in our breakfast menu. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
  • Reservations close at 2:00 PM on the day before the cruise.
  • Reception will open in front of the boarding area 10 minutes prior to departure time.
  • Arrival time may be delayed due to weather conditions.
  • Strollers must be folded before boarding.
  • For guests using wheelchairs, disembarking and boarding assistance is required. Please be accompanied by someone who can assist. Contact us before making your reservation.
  • If you do not arrive at the reception by the departure time, your reservation will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
  • The cruise may be canceled in the event of severe weather or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  • Restroom facilities are not available.
  • ・We are unable to provide assistance for boarding with strollers or wheelchairs.
