The cancellation fee is the amount multiplied by the corresponding percentage of the total reservation fee on the day following the cancellation date. 8 days prior: 0%, 7 to 2 days prior: 10%, Day before: 50%, Same day: 100%.
If the cruise is canceled due to severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Boarding begins 5 minutes before departure in order of reservation.
  • Upon boarding, please open the member page and mark your electronic ticket as used (torn off). *If you cannot log in, please present your reservation email.
  • Due to congestion, it may be difficult to secure seats. Therefore, we kindly ask customers with infants to cooperate by holding their child on their lap whenever possible.
  • Please note that we cannot wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
  • The temperature near the water differs from the land. Please take your own measures against the cold or heat as necessary.
  • A full refund will be given if the cruise is canceled due to severe rain, poor river conditions, engine failure, etc.
  • The course may be changed on the day due to abnormal tidal levels, strong winds, etc.
