If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please reply to the confirmation email you receive after booking.

Cancellation of Operation Due to Weather

• The cruise will operate in light rain; however, operations may be canceled if weather conditions suddenly worsen before departure.
• In the event that the cruise is canceled, we will notify you at the email address provided at the time of booking by 3:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled operation.

Rainy Weather Measures

• If the cruise operates in rainy conditions, we will provide disposable rain ponchos.
• For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas on board is prohibited.

Refund Policy in Case the Fireworks Event Is Canceled

• If the fireworks event is canceled by the organizer, 50% of the cruise fare you have paid will be refunded.
• Even if the fireworks are canceled, reservation cancellations will be handled in accordance with the predetermined cancellation policy.

Boarding Order

• Seating is unassigned (first-come, first-served).
• Boarding will be guided in the order of guests who have completed check-in and joined the boarding line. (Check-in begins 30 minutes before departure.)

Please Bring Identification

• As alcohol will be served on board, please present a valid ID at check-in for age verification.

• Minors (ages 3 and up) are welcome to join. Please make a reservation for each participant individually.
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• A flat rate applies to all participants, including children.
• Please refrain from bringing food or drinks.
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to passengers who are of legal drinking age.（age verification will be required）
• Check-in is available from 30 minutes to 10 minutes before departure. If check-in is not completed at least 5 minutes prior, your reservation may be considered a cancellation.
• Operations may be suspended due to weather or waterway conditions.
• Seating is unassigned and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For your safety, please follow the captain's instructions at all times.
• Boarding may be refused if a guest appears to be heavily intoxicated or in visibly poor health.
• Due to the vessel's structure, strollers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
• Guests with a body temperature of 37°C (98.6°F) or higher will not be permitted to board.
• Please take extra care to prevent hats or personal belongings from falling overboard.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• As attendance is limited, please be sure to contact us if you need to cancel or will be absent on the day of the event.

• Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended.
• As these are outdoor events, cancellations or changes may occur on-site due to sudden rain or other weather conditions.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• As attendance is limited, please be sure to contact us if you need to cancel or will be absent on the day of the event.

Prohibited Items and Actions

• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
• Throwing bait or garbage from the boat.
• Fishing.
• Use of umbrellas (including parasols) onboard.
• Boarding with pets.
• Any behavior that may disturb or inconvenience other guests.
