The cruise fare does not include the garden admission fee.
If boarding from Waters Takeshiba Pier, please pay the admission fee separately at the boarding reception. (Cash only: General ¥300 / Seniors 65 and over ¥150)

Those who are exempt from the admission fee or who already have a valid garden admission ticket do not need to pay again. Please inform the staff at the reception or present your ticket.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please reply to the reservation confirmation email you receive after booking.

Cancellation Fee
  • Cancellation up to 11 days in advance: 0% (full refund)
  • Cancellation up to 8 days in advance: 20%
  • Cancellation up to 2 days in advance: 30%
  • Cancellation the day before: 40%
  • Cancellation up to the reservation time on the day: 50%
  • Cancel after the reserved time on the day of the booking: 100% (No Refund)

* In the event of suspension due to severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Notes

  • Children under elementary school age are not permitted to board.
  • Boarding while carrying a child is not allowed.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • The cruise fare does not include admission to Hamarikyu Gardens.
  • Check-in is available from 15 to 5 minutes before departure. If check-in is not completed by 5 minutes before departure, your reservation will be considered canceled.
  • Operations may be suspended due to weather or waterway conditions.
  • Seating is unreserved and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • For safety, please follow the captain's instructions after boarding.
  • Life jackets must be worn both on the pier and while on board.
  • Boarding may be denied if a guest is visibly intoxicated or unwell.
  • Due to the vessel’s design, strollers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
  • At the Hamarikyu Gardens Pier, there is a step of approximately 50 cm when boarding or disembarking.Please be aware of this in advance when making your reservation.
  • Guests with a body temperature of 37°C (98.6°F) or higher at the time of boarding will not be allowed to board.
  • You may bring your own food and drinks, but please take your trash home with you. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
  • Please take care not to drop hats or personal belongings overboard.

Prohibited Items and Behavior

  • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
  • Throwing bait or garbage from the boat.
  • Fishing.
  • Use of umbrellas (including parasols) onboard.
  • Boarding with pets.
  • Any behavior that may disturb or inconvenience other guests.

  • As this is an outdoor event, it may be canceled or its content altered on-site due to sudden rain, wind, or other weather conditions.
